CareBlue Homecare is a "full service" home care agency and is a privately owned provider. We deliver bespoke personalised care solution packages and/or care planning schedules.
We are fairly new organisation, established in 2016, which focuses on tailored made personalised and individualised homecare packages for mainly Muslim service users in the Bradford area, so they can stay in their comfort and security of their own homes, where the all their personal care needs are met intertwined with the language, cultural and faith needs also being catered for.
Care Support Workers with skills and experience that complement the needs and preferences of each particular Service User, offering you and your family the freedom to set the care package, when and how you please, at suitable and affordable price. With our model we aim to provide care support workers from within the locality of the service user, ensuring that care is provided by the same set of regular care support workers with the added flexibility of a quick response, should the need arise.
We also provide specialised care for specific communities for example Asian/BAME Service users, We employ and use the services of self employed Care Support Workers (CSW), who are warm, compassionate and dedicated individuals in assisting and enabling mainly Muslim Service Users (SU). Each Service User has tailored personalised and individualised home care packages based on Islamic principles of caring for the elderly.

Our home care support is based on Islamic principles for caring for the elderly in Islam and our focus is providing tailored care incorporating the cultural and faith needs. Our staff base consists of staff who can speak fluent English as well as south east Asian languages like Punjabi, Urdu, Mirpuri, Bengali, Gujarati, Hinko, Pushto, etc.
CareBlue Services recruitment model is based around empathy of care by ensuring all our care staff understand the key elements of empathy by showing the other person that you understand their feelings and are focused on their care needs. Our care staff training is based around empathy, an emotional skill that's built through understanding others and using this key skill to sense other people's emotions, coupled with the ability to imagine what someone else might be thinking or feeling when providing care for the service user. This is why we put in the utmost effort and time into finding the best care staff around by offering them competitive pay, travel time, mileage allowance, comprehensive and on-going training from the Care Certificate, Health & Social Care Diplomas to apprenticeship schemes.
For all our service users we then carefully select and match each Care Support Worker skills and experience to the care needs of that individual Service User, therefore allowing for caring relationships to build and flourish between the service users and the care support workers. We are the only provider in Bradford that based the care support packages on Islamic principles which provides tailored and individual care support packages for our elders in the Muslim Community.
