What is the project?
To enable and encourage young BAME Muslim women (aged 11-19) to explore and engage in educational and employment opportunities across Science,
Technology, Engineering, Maths (STEM) career pathways.
We will be offering collaborative online courses and webinars for young BAME Muslim girls & their mothers on How to think like a Programmer, Engineer, Astronomer and a Scientist!

The Kickstart Scheme is to create high quality 6-month work placements for young people aged 16-24, who are claiming Universal Credit. CB Recruitment & Services is working alongside small businesses and charities as intermediary in coordinating business responses for placements onto the Kick Start Scheme.
CB Recruitment will support organisations to recruit for the job placements and provide CPD Training for the duration of the scheme and help the participants to develop their skills and experience they need to find work after completing the scheme.
CB Recruitment is currently waiting approval to be an official representative under the scheme. For more information, click on the Kick Start Scheme page here.
With the recent local changes to guidelines for the North of England announced by the government and further local restrictions in Accrington, Bradford, and Dewsbury where we intending to deliver the Digital Summer Coding Club, we had made the difficult decision to suspend the first 2 weeks of the club, from Tuesday 4th August 2020 to Monday 17th August 2020. The remaining 2 weeks of the Digital Summer Coding Club may continue, if restrictions are lifted or will be delivered online (we are looking into this possibility, we will have some further information soon).
We will no longer be taking any further bookings online and will be contacting all those who have made booking individually about their booking and methods of repayment. All communication will be done by email, in the next few days. Due the volume of work, we will not be dealing with queries relating to this by phone, so please bear with us and only contact us if you really need to. All payment bookings will be paid back using the same method of payment, please see the terms and conditions, which was sent to you by email when you made the booking.
We are sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this brings you and your children this summer. On behalf of the whole team at Code Xplorers Club, we wish you and your family well for the weeks ahead and we look forward to welcoming you, hopefully in. a couple of weeks, may be through an online platform that will provide them with a similar interactive experience.
